No reputable breeder will sell around Christmas time, nor will they sell their pups for $200…ADOPT.

8 weeks is the youngest you can get a puppy.. honestly, its better for a pup to stay with mom until at least 10-12 weeks, expecially small dogs like Chihuahuas.
Try shelter or rescue.. http://www.petfinder.com You wont find a breeder selling a young puppy at that price, expecially not at this time of year.. many breeders jack up the price to have them available for Christmas!

Yeah, backyard breeders. People who only breed for money and do not care about the overall health and condition of their dogs. You should be willing to pay more if you want a good healthy dog. Do NOT buy from a pet shop and I suggest finding a good reputable breeder.

No GOOD breeder would sell for Christmas.
Plus, Chihuahuas and Beagles are EXTREMELY different dogs. Beagles require a lot of exercise, require lots of recall training and usually don’t take well to being left alone. So could you really offer a good home to either breed?

Pedigree dogs are normally more expensive than this for a reason, lots of care goes into ensuring the breed is kept healthy and doesn´t pass on any genetic diseases etc. Cheap ´pedigree´ dogs are normally sold by backyard outfits or puppy mills and if purchasing from these you will be more likely to experience behavioral problems not indicative of the breed as well as numerous health issues. Also I hope this is not just a dog for xmas, not saying it is, but you know the old saying a dog is for life, not just for xmas. Please buy your new dog from a registered breeder it will be cheaper for you in the long run both financially and mentally.
