    dog glue?

Honestly, what a silly question…. Feed the dog, walk the dog and spend time with him. Those things should make him happy and well looked after. It shouldn't be a competition of who he likes more. That is so childish.

give it lots of attention. Let it sleep in your bed with you and pet him/her til he falls asleep. you’ll have a friend for life.

How much time do you devote to him? That’s the million dollar question. And if you spend a lot of time with him, what do you do during that time? You say you take care of him, but what do you do WITH him instead of just for him?

Beagles are good natured dogs who generally love everyone. Does your sister feed the dog & walk the dog? Then the dog more than likely associates your sister as it’s master. You need to spend more time with the dog, playing, feeding it, walking it.

We had a beagle that was supposed to be my husbands Christmas gift, well she took an instant disliking to him. Whenever he walked in the room she would bark at him, she would push my husband away from me when sleeping in our bed. Sometimes dogs just favor one person over the other. That beagle could never get close enough to me. She literally was attached to me at the hip.
