A dog falls through the ice at Cleveland’s Edgewater park on Lake Erie in March of ’07. I happen to be out there taking a break when I kept seeing a news helicopter circling overhead, and a few police cars come through there. So I grabbed my digital camera and followed the action. What’s interesting is the story about how the Cleveland Police Department responded to the call about the dog.
