Lucky was born 24 April 2008..
He’s such an adorable puppy, he was a fighter with the disease.. Me & mom were really sad when he finally gave up the fight..

I have a neighbor who bought a beagle puppy, not taken proper care of it. What to do to help the puppy?
Thursday, October 2nd, 2008I've never been so upset over this 9 week old puppy than I am now. I've been raised with dogs all my life. I can't beliebve how this family is treating this puppy! I want to call the humane society, but my husband is telling me not to get involved. I feel like I need to help this puppy. Please advise how to proceed with this issue.
If they're breaking any laws, then you have every right to call animal control. Your neighbor doesn't have to know it was you who called animal control. If this puppy is harmed this early in its life, this puppy could end up with behavior problems and health problems.
