How long should I keep my beagle on the treadmill and how fast also my my terrier and my mini dobermin?

Please go to this link and you will see there are mini pinchers. Thank you to the ones who gave me descent answers.

I am so sorry to hear that u have had open heart and diabetes, and I am so glad that you are doing well.

I have copd wich is a lung disease and makes it very difficult to walk, I have also
had 2 open heart surgeries, and I also have neuropathy and nerve damage in my feet and left hand. I didnt mean to go into health problems here but some people think I am lazy and I am not.

You want the speed to make the dog "gait" not run, but also make sure that the dog is not pacing. Amount of time depends on the physical conditioning of the individual dog. One of my Beagles would easly gait on the tredmill for 8 hours if you let her. A half hour 3x a week is about right for most dogs.

AND IT IS NO MORE CRUEL FOR YOUR DOG TO WORK OUT THAN IT IS FOR YOU TO WORK OUT!!!!

0 seconds! Don’t make the dog walk on the treadmill, that’s just mean and cruel. Get off your bum and take them for a walk OUTSIDE!

Aahh for crying out loud walk your dogs, don’t be so lazy. Treadmills don’t give a dog any mental stimulation.
BTW there is no such breed as a mini doberman.

0 minutes and 0 seconds would be safest, and most humane. Please don’t put your dogs on a treadmill. Walking is supposed to be exercise AND mental stimulation for your dogs, not danger and terror :P Putting them on a treadmill is incredibly unsafe and probably pretty traumatizing as well.

Its best to take them outside, but if its not possible putting them on the treadmill will wear down their energy and prevent upsetting behavior……
start them at a walk, then brisk walk, then trot. let them stay for about 20 minutes (not all at once!) break in up into intervals. Be sure to have plenty of cool water around to prevent overheating.

If they start salivating heavily, they've been on WAY too long. Or if they have dry tung and aree panting, again WAY too long.

I don’t know but I do know there’s no such thing as a miniature doberman. Miniature Pinschers are an older breed than Doberman Pinschers and they are not related to each other.
